I love chipotle too.  We eat there often.  My whole family loves it.  My daughter has been bugging me to go lately and I will be ordering sheripies favorite dish.  I love that you can order on line and not wait in line.  Maybe we will have it for lunch today! :D

I love that we can order online too. When I'm busy the last thing I want to do is wait in that line. :)

WOW!... I've never noticed them around.

Most of them are in or around the greater Seattle area.
I live over 60 miles south of Seattle (south of Olympia) and seldom visit.

I found one on that link that's only about 15 miles from me near the Olympia Mall.
The wife and I will have to check it out!

Hi Sherri! :)

Avocados alone are low in net carbs.
Guacamole can be high in net carbs if it's made with "high sugar" ingredients.

I looked at their web page nutrition info and their guacamole has 8 "total" carbs with 6 grams fiber leaving 2 net grams per 3.5 ounce serving.
Sounds like they just use very little higher carb ingredients.

  I'm glad it's not just me!!  Love it!!  We go out for lunch every Friday at work, and almost every week we end up at Chipotle!  I believe they actually started out here in Colorado?  Which is why they are EVERYWHERE here.  The funny thing is I wasn't really a huge fan until I started living this way! :D  I didn't like such huge burritos and I don't like rice in my burritos; the salads are perfect for us!

ok...YUM!!!!   We went to Chipotle for lunch after church today, and it was GREAT!  I got the salad with the chicken, cheese, and a few grilled peppers & onions.  We'll definitely be going back!!  Thanks again Sherri!!  ;)
