Yes but you can't catch them if you are running from them  ;D ;D  LOL

SNORT! True, but at least you're burning calories, so it's a win-win situation. :D :D

What brand of almond, flaxseed and soy flour do you typically use and appoximatley how much does it cost/what size of bag. I'm doing some shopping around online but I have no baseline to compare it too.

Ok this might be a stupid question but can you puree whole almonds or flax seeds into flour and make your own? If so is this more cost effective?

I buy my Now Brand Almond Flour and store packaged Golden Flax Meal (found in the refrigerator.  Don't buy organic...too expensive) at my local health food store.  Soy flour I and other baking flours I get from the Bulk Barn.  I keep it all in my freezer so it stays fresh.

I haven't found the NOW brand and I think the kind of got was organic $11.99/bag at Metro. Will the almond flour be in the refrigerator section or just the flax meal? What store did you find them at?

I buy mine from Amazon. Much less expensive if you order enough for free shipping and it comes pretty fast.

Too expensive for Canadians to order from Amazon.com.  We get charged all kinds of taxes and duty plus shipping is more to Canada from the US.

ES15 I buy the Now Brand Almond Flour (10oz/284g) for $7.99 and the Golden Flax Meal (1 Lb bag) $1.99.  I get them at my local health food store.  Not the grocery store.  The Flax Meal was in the refrigerated section, the Now Brand Almond Flour was on the shelf.

I did order the Now Brand one time from well.ca with free shipping but at that time it was out of stock at my health food store.  http://well.ca/products/now-foods-almond-flour_19743.html.

Check online and you should be able to find a health food store in your area as well as check out what all flours they have at the Bulk Barn.
