Last night dinner was to die for  ::)

Baked Grouper cooked New England Style, Wasabi Cole Slaw and CoCo LoCo Rum Cake for dessert! Delish.

The Wasabi Cole Slaw and CoCo LoCo Rum Cake recipes are in the books, the New England style backed fish is modeled after baked cod which I was raised on, here's the recipe.

2 thick white fish filets (Grouper, Cod, Haddock all work well)
1 cup ground pork rinds
1/2 cup melted salted butter
2 tablespoons cooking sherry
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice.

1- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
2- Brush both sides of the fish with butter and salt and pepper well
3- Cover the top of the filets with ground pork rinds
4- Mix the remaining melted butter, Sherry and citris juice together and drizzle over the pork rinds
5- Bake until fish is flaky and cooked through

DELISH!

Morgan,

Remember the stall Stephanie was in during the latter part of 2012, and look at her now.  She stuck with it and is loosing again.  Look back at some of what YOU wrote to her at the time and take comfort in knowing that if you stick with FTS, you will get past this plateau.  Wishing you all the best.

Hi, Morgan! :)

I'm so sorry that your life's not going very well right now. :(

Stress is not only a killer, it can stop weight loss too.
Given the heat, find a way to relax like meditation, prayer, etc..

If you stay consistent, like Stephanie, you will see the progress you seek. :)

Thanks all.  Was just having a bad day.  I usually have a reasonably sunny disposition and things don't get me down, but it was a real 'poo' of a day.  Going post my meals and see what's up.  Ta all  :D

You are certainly entitled to a "poo" day every once in a while... that's why this forum is so invaluable.  We don't care (because we care so much).
