Yum.  I'm always scared of stuffing stuff (LOL) and then by the time the meat/chicken is actually cooked, the stuffing is falling out!

This sounds wonderful... will definitly give it a try.  I love freshly cooked spinach... might try a different cheese, though. Don't have that one.
When I see a great recipe in the forum that is not already in Dougs book, I copy and paste it into a word processing program (or you could use the 'notepad' listed under accessories.  Just hit 'save' when done and keep adding them as they come along.

I love to wrap bacon around fish cubes, or shrimp, or scallops or chicken chunks and pan fry for a wonderful snack tray.... heck I think anything wrapped in bacon and pan fried is good!  :o

Hi all! Yes he is snobles hubby:-) this is one of at least a once a week menu item! lol...It's quick and easy, and even the kids love it! I know we have been "off kilter" for a while, but we are back on track. Tend to get sidetracked with everyday life, kids etc...It's really hard to stay on track! Guess that's why I need to spend more time on here? Plus, we've both, been freezing our butts off!! Hey? could be helping? lol...
