UMPA ZUCCHINI BREAD MUFFINS

UMPA i am going to make zucchini bread and i wanted to know what could i use instead of 1cup of honey and 3c of flour...should i use sf maple syrup and soy flour...i want the lowest carbs possible pls

i did read that..but the receipe that i have also has honey,baking powder,baking soda,

Unblanched almond flour or flaxseed flour.Flaxseed flour(golden or regular) is the lowest its a zero.The honey can be replaced by syrup.The sugarfree honey reacts badly to heat.
