I need some recipes that can be made ahead and froze. I am having surgery on my right hand and I am right handed. I need to make meals and freeze them so that all we need to do is just warm them up when it is time to use them. PLEASE HELP!!!

Thank you ShihTzuMom1, I will check it out. And thank you the surgery is a carpal tunnel surgery so nothing to major. I said Friday not thinking that it was Thursday, however the surgery is nest Friday the 11th.

Can this be made ahead and then froze? or at least sit for a few days in the fridge? I am having surgery next Friday on my right hand and I am right handed. So I need to make things ahead of time to get through the first few weeks. Or at least on till I can use my hand again.

I just got all of Dougs books ( including the cook book and bakery books ) and now I can't wait to try out some of the recipes. Now to find a store that Carries some of the stuff that I need.

Mouseissue, did you use canned mushrooms or fresh? Using canned, you wouldn't need to saute them first.
