General Discussion / timlovesrita = F2S Awesome
« on: June 03, 2011, 04:42:15 PM »
Hi,
I had 2 handles in this forum and it got too confusing to mange reading and writing posts with 2 handles. One was for me and one for my wife but she never ended us coming on all that much so I deleted the F2S Awesome and I'll stick to timlovesrita. So I'm still here :)
God bless you all, you are all awesome!
Thanks,
Tim (& Rita sometimes)

General Discussion / low carb at the deli?
« on: May 02, 2011, 03:42:13 PM »
I went to the deli and decided to ask the servers to tell me the carb content of some of the things like roast beef, turkey, American cheese, etc. and I was surprised to find they all had lots of carbs. I thought they’d all be zero carb or at least really low in carbs; any advice for buying deli stuff? Any brands that don’t use tons of sugar? Thanks

General Questions / Burnt out
« on: May 02, 2011, 10:31:19 AM »
Hi all, I love this diet and I know it works. I lost tons of weight on it. But I’ve fallen off the wagon a few times, and yo-yo’d up and down since. Recently I have been eating terrible and I hate the gross feeling of being over full on junk. Anyway, I have little time to cook daily so I used to cook Sunday night for the week. So my question is this. Is there anyone out there who is like me has little time to cook? If so, how do you do this diet? What works for you? Also, maybe suggestions for what to buy and cook once a week to be prepared for the entire week? Maybe compare weekly shopping lists? I’m feeling so burnt out I want to start again, but I just don’t know where to begin…again. Feeling burnt out, can't think, sick of: feeling fat, food, diets, tight pants, etc. Thanks
