Someone here on the forum suggested Hot Dog Chili Sauce (I think Owensmith?) and I finally remembered to pick some up.  This is good stuff.  I used it with my Nathans Hot Dog that I wrapped in a low carb tortilla with cheese and hot dog chili sauce.  :)

I poured some over individual serving of squash and added sauteed chicken. Pretty good.

General Discussion / Sandwich - 1 minute bread
« on: July 05, 2011, 03:23:32 PM »
I love izzet's 1 minute muffin (bread) and have finally found the perfect microwave container for making sandwich! I was making it in a more square container, microwave, and then slicing in half.  Well I used this  (photo below) and divide mixture in each side of container.  Makes the perfect sandwich bread or toast.  just thick enough. You can toast and it doesn't fall apart! Love it  ;D
1 tsp butter, soft
1 egg
¼ cup Almond Meal or flax if you like
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp xylitol optional
1 tbsp heavy cream
A sprinkle of Parmesan optional
A couple pinches of salt

Mix ingredients together and pour into a square plastic container.  Microwave on high for 1 min 30 seconds.  Pop right out of the container, cool!

Thanks,
