Umpa, is there a way to thicken the cream to a more pudding like consistency? Or do you have a vanilla pudding recipe?  I have a delicious recipe for a treat that needs vanilla pudding...just wondering if I should use the sugar free instant kind, or if you have something.  Once I get it, I will post my treat! ;D

Great recipe Marty but splenda has carbs. Its one carb per little yellow packet. So add the carbs in or use stevia or xylitol. ;) If I want pudding you can use my ice cream recipes in the Bakery Book ,like peanut butter, or just whip some heavy whipping cream in the stand mixer and add flavorings and sweetner. ;)

Ok, I think I'll swap the xylitol.  My treats use vanilla pudding plus confectioner's sugar to make a firm sweeeeeeeet pudding.  This should work.  Give me a few days and we'll see!  Thanks Marty and Umpa! ;D

Yes Marty.sometimes a 1/3 of xylitol so taste.i don't like splenda because it isn't all natural and has carbs.I like Stevia which you can grow and xylitol which is birch bark. ;)
