Try taking a horseback ride if you've never done so.
Folks often discover some very weak underused muscles in their inner-thighs.

To work my inner thighs I weave my skates out & in once in a while, during roller skating, but keep the toes pointed a little inward, it really works my inner thighs. Mary taught that to me. It's an exercise the artistic roller skate team has to do.

I have neither the funds or any access to horses Tony.

Hi, Susie! :)

Skating is great exercise.
But the muscles I was talking about are not the same.

When riding a horse, we instruct them by pressure (or kicking inward) with our legs and/or feet.
That inward pressure uses muscles most people seldom use very much.

Watch an old western movie and pay attention to what the rider does when he says "Giddy up!".
If the rider is genuine, you'll see the rider kick inwards to prompt the horse to get moving.

Just wanted you (and others) that have maybe never ridden a horse know how that works.

Tony have you ever tried the force of pushing your legs inward and outward while on wheels? It really works those muscles, Mary says it does feel like she got off a horse, lol

I am imagining that Tony, oh my

Hi, Susie! :)

Yes I have. Some of the same muscles used when horseback riding are involved when skating.
So after skating for a while, the after effects may feel similar.

But riding is different because the legs are wrapped around a moving animal whose back muscles are
also flexing and moving at the same time you're tying to maintain contact, balance, etc..
