I am usually a person about variety but I have found, for me, that automating my breakfast and lunch during the week with protein shakes and bars keeps me on track and I have something special like pancakes, eggs and bacon, etc. on the weekend.  I do eat a very nice protein dinner like steak or chicken, etc.
Peace and blessings,

I buy the Isopure at Vitamin shoppe or online at Netrition.com for the cheapest price (if I have a large order for netrition the shipping is negligible).  If you just use one scoop it will last you for almost two months.  I get the Balance Carbwell bars at the grocery store (2 net carbs) to eat while I'm working. Check any nutritional store you have in your area.    They are about $1 a bar and they go on sale all the time.  I use to buy the 0 carb bars from netrition but they cost too much so I gave up 2 carbs for locality.lol
Peace and blessings,

If you like hot cereal, I like the Sensato High Fiber Hot Cereal.  The Vanilla Almond or Strawberry or Butter Pecan only have 1 net carb per serving.  The Apple Cinnamon has 2 net carb per serving.  It is a little pricey, but I am the only one eating it and I have it just once in a while when I want something different.  It makes a decent size bowl, 1/2 cup dry cereal plus 3/4 cup boiling water.  Let sit for 2 minutes, then I just add a splash of heavy cream.  I don't add any sweetener. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dgrocery&field-keywords=sensato+sugar+free+hot+cereal.  For any Canadians, the Low Carb Grocery also carries this.

Oh I was just thinking how much I miss my hot oatmeal and cream of wheat in the winter so I am definitely going to look into these you mentioned Shihtzumom1. Thanks!

Apparently Amazon is not currently carrying them...will check other sites. Netrition has it.

I have only tasted the strawberry so far and it is very good.  I am looking forward to trying the other flavours as well.  It is great to start a cold morning with some warm comfort food.
