It's Saturday and it's Christmas! Merry Christmas to everyone, and I wish for you a happy, healthy holiday full of FTS friendly festivities. The scale shows I'm down .8 pounds this week for a total of 54 pounds - a great way to head towards a new year!

It's Saturday and it's 2011!  I've lost another pound this week, for a total of 55 pounds. It was definitely worth it to stick with FTS through the holidays. Happy New year to everyone!

Another Saturday and I've lost 1.8 pounds this week for a total of 56.8 pounds. Sometimes I don't even think about this eating plan, it's just part of me now - I guess that's why we call it a lifestyle. Hooray for FTS!

It was Saturday 2 days ago - and now I'm back at my computer to report a loss of 1.8 pounds for a total of 58.6 pounds. Losing has been slow these last few weeks so it's great to see some encouraging results.
No outdoor exercise lately. It's been -40 degrees, which is the point where the Fahrenheit and Celsius scales cross. Doesn't matter which scale you use, it's really, really cold.
