crossed another plateau

I'm so happy this morning. I have been bouncing around between 40 and 43 pounds lost for a couple of weeks. This morning, I am at 45 pounds down since April. But, as my doctor reminds me, I had lost 25 pounds before I started FTS, so I'm really at 70 pounds lost total! YAY! I still have 55 more to go to reach what I have in mind, but I'm pleased with the progress so far.

The silver lining of plateaus is the sudden burst of weight loss after we get through them.
I try to remember this each time my weight stalls.
