I'm at my Mom's in Florida, so this is a bit of a challenge, but I'll post what we've had so far and what's cooking for dinner!
Breakfast - 2 egg omlet w/cheddar cheese (3 net carbs)
coffee w/heavy crearm (1 n.c.)
Lunch - (Ate with a friend at Panera Bread)
Grilled chicken caeser salad w/o the dressing - just lettuce, cheese, & chicken - I brought my own sugar free dressing & large diet coke (2 n.c.)
Snack - roasted, lightly salted almonds (2 n.c.)
Dinner (cooking now)
Baked pork chop w/grill mate seasoning
Steamed broccoli & cauliflower (2 n.c.)
If Mom has sugar free jello, I will have that for dessert...if not...I guess I'll be sad until I can go to the store tomorrow and get some!! lol
Total net carbs - 10 (Is that enough!?! hmmm...maybe I'll have another cup of coffee after dinner that might add another one!)
