Hi everyone I just ran across this artical and found it interesting.  I thought maybe you guys would to.  Seems some of the research lights are dim but are getting brighter....LOL  I think we all will be ahead of the game  ;D ;D

Interesting!

The low carb diet subjects barely had time to go thru sugar detox.

Imagine what they would have learned if they ran the study for TWO MONTHS rather than only two weeks!!!
Perhaps the doctors were afraid that they would have not only seen dramatic weight loss results, but vast improvements in overall health.

What you do today is what matters!
