Salmon Patties!!

Umpa so glad  you are able to be there with her, what a blessing for her to have  you there!!! It is so very hard to let them pass on, I lost my grandma, my mom and my dad in a 4 year period that was really hard. Still miss them so much, I only find comfort in knowing they are with Jesus and I will see them again someday and be with them for eternity. May the Prince of Peace comfort you and your entire family at this time.

Well I made the salmon patties tonight using the pork rinds and my hubby loved them, so yeah.....

Have you ever made tuna patties... I didn't have any salmon last night so i made them with tuna. Delish!
I am curious though, about how you used to use flour in them. I have always used cracker crumbs before FTS, where now i substitute pork rinds. Oh and by the by, my husband could not even tell the difference (pork rinds versus crackers- we have made tuna patties often when out of salmon)
