BEST Sugar Free Macaroons Ever!
4 egg whites
3 ½ cups un-sweetened shredded coconut
36 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine all ingredients .Place in double boiler. Put stove on simmer and stir occasionally to prevent the bottom from burning. Make sure mixture is hot and has thickened slightly, about 10 minutes. With a medium-sized cookie scoop, drop batter onto a parchment-lined sheet pan, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges are dark golden brown.Will firm upon cooling.Refrigerate
