try it its delicious, i am still having a problem finding some
items, i tried chicken cutlets with almond meal yesterday my husband loved it, for now i am hiding the poundcake from my husband.
ha ha ha,

cannot find beans made out of soy
i do not like the tofu noodles.
also almond flour in a large package
this flour is expensive, also xylitol, or liquid spenda.

any ideas

thanks for your response
god bless

Hi Millie
Netrition.com carries the Eden Organics black soy beans,or ask your local health food store to order got you. They carry many of the recommended items and I believe shipping is $4.95

Oh and order the FTS Zero form Doug and you won't need xylitol or Splenda

Millie,
I'm not a fan of the tofu noodles either, but found a couple of other things that work well for me.  Shredded cabbage that is steamed a bit makes a great pasta replacement and toosweet uses a spiral slicer to make zucchini "noodles."

Hi Joanne! How are you? Millie you can make your own flour from almonds. Most grocery stores carry the beans in their organic section.i like eggplant and zuchinni as pasta replacements.I also like the cabbage (precooked and spines cut out) or thinly sliced eggplant for lasanga. The Zero sweetener you can get here  ;) If i can help you please ask.
