« on: May 06, 2012, 08:04:43 PM »
HELLO ITS MILLIE,

TODAY I HAD
COFFEE, CHEESE ALMONDS, HAD TO RUSH TO CHURCH
SLICE OF SALAMI  WHILE MAKING LUNCH
LUNCH. CHICKEN WINGS, CELERY WITH CHUNKY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING,
 CRYSTAL LIGHT

WAS NOT HUNGRY FOR DINNER SO I HAD TWO CRISPBREAD WITH CREAM CHEESE, STARTED FEELING LIGHT HEADED UNTIL 6PM

IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE ,

PLEASE HELP,

WHAT ARE THE SYMTOMS FOR DETOX

INSTEAD OF SPENDA I AM USING XYLITOL.

Millie, it will be up to someone who knows more than I do about this stuff to tell you what's going on, but I wanted to let you know that I read your post. It could be that you just need to eat something. Try eating an egg. They're so good for you and will give your body nutrition to keep plugging away.

I had an easy detox - probably because I'd been eating semi-low carb already, so I really can't answer that either. Someone who knows more than I do will answer you soon.

I get lightheaded when I'm hungry.  I used to have other symptoms of hunger like a grumbling stomach or what I can only describe as "hunger pangs," but I don't get those anymore.

It looks to me as though you aren't eating enough.  Try eating some protein (Sarah's suggestion of an egg is a great one) and see if your lightheadedness goes away.  Your body is changing so it will be good to learn if it is sending you a new signal.

Hi Millie! all your flu like symptoms are symptoms of detox.Light headed being one of them.Sounds to me that you might be dehydrated too.you needs lots of water. Low carb peanut butter is also good for feeling weak. ;) In 2 weeks you will feel like a million bucks I promise! :)

Andrea I get lightheaded too. Especially if I've been busy and forgotten to eat all day. I still can't believe that I forget to eat! LOL
Anyway, a cheese stick or some lunchmeat roll ups are great quick pick-me-ups and take that right away.

Who would have thought we'd forget to eat?
