Need more reasons to get off the white stuff??

I've been off sugar since January. It's amazing what a difference it makes. I wish I could get my kids to follow suit. We are a lot more strict than many parents about controlling their sugar intake but this just makes me wish I could convince them how BAD it really is for them. Sigh.

Hi Alicia! :)

Good article!

But, it seems the author doesn't completely grasp the fact that fructose IS sugar REGARDLESS of source. Natural or processed.
All fructose is metabolized into glucose (blood sugar) and eventually FAT (if not burned as fuel).
Our bodies don't know (or care) about its source.

If our blood sugar is within normal range, our brains have all the glucose they need.
This is a result of the FTS lifestyle! :)

Thanks for sharing more evidence that sugar is BAD for us! ;D

Alicia show them dougs sugar video.It will gross them out and kids love gross! :)
