Cheerwine

It is very bubbly and has 0 carbs, sugar and sodium.  I think it is the best soda pop in North Carolina  Diet Pepsi has sodium.

There are over 100 pottery shops and lots of very sweet people .  I invite everyone to come visit...Pottery makes a great Christmas gift and wedding present.  I am also near the North Carolina zoo...it has a lot of babies now.  Great Vacation plan.

When I saw the title of this post, Cheerwine, I thought it was going to be about wine.  Oh well.  I have to admit, I have cut out beer, and I didn't really drink mixed drinks, but I am having a hard time giving up an occasional glass of red wine with dinner.

You don't have to. Just add it in your daily carb count ;)

Hi Mark! :)

I occasionally have a glass of wine with dinner.

A 4 oz. glass of dry red wine has about 3 net carbs.
To be safe, I figure most dry wines at 4 carbs.

Here's a link to a site that posts carb counts of some alcoholic drinks.
http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/whattoeat/a/alcbev.htm

You'll notice the "sweet" type drinks are high carb.
That's due to the sugar content.

Thanks.  I guess I figured a glass of wine was half of my daily carbs.  Now that I know it is about 4 I will account for it and allow myself an occasional glass.
