Low Carb Dreamsicle Mousse...Delish!!

Dreamsicle Mousse
Servings- 3 individual mini cakes



   
Ingredients
  
   8 oz Kraft Philadelphia Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese at room temperature (4 net carbs)
   1 box orange sugar free jello
   ½ cup cold water
   1 cup boiling water
   3 mini cheesecake pans or one small spring form pan.
   1 Raspberry for garnish
   Whipped Cream for garnish
   Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup for garnish


Directions

1.   Mix cream cheese and orange jello in a stand mixer.
2.   Add one cup boiling water and mix well until no clumps.
3.   Pour in cold water. Mix well.
4.   Pour into 3 individual mini spring form pans.
5.   Put in fridge till set.
6.   Garnish with whipped cream, berry and syrup and serve.


  TIP- You can change the flavor by using a different flavor of sugar free jello.

Yumm!!  I have some individual servings of this using lime.  I think my favorite is the orange though
