Susie's Gingerbread Espresso latte

This is rich is very holiday tasting. Made this up for Mary & she said "Mom you gotta share this one"

1.5 net carbs, serves 1

1/4 cup almond milk .2
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream .8
1 cup fresh made coffee
1 tsp instant espresso .5
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
6 or more drops of FTS Zero Sweet (sucralose)

Put all in large coffee cup, mix with a whisk until well blended. Microwave 2 minutes. Mix again and froth by either spinning whisk in my between your fingers or using an electronic drink mixer.

Looks like we are mentally ready for fall and holiday time again!!!!
Temps have been 108f in the shade, I lost 3 lbs water weight from perspiring from my hot flashes added to heat. If it is not cool by the time I make this again, going make an iced Gingerbread latte. Right now we have iced coffee. Large cup filled with crushed ice, add room temp coffee (leaving  room for cream), 2 T cream, 4 drops FTS Zero Sweet and 2 little spoons of Trader Joe's Pure Stevia. Blend with long spoon. Enjoy!

(The sucralose and stevia compliment each other I've noticed.)
