The only culprit was the syrup that could have upset your belly.Just use less. Its the sweetener they use.Zero won't give you any tummy issues and is great in sweet tea ;)

One of these days I'm going to get me some of the Zero. I haven't had sweet tea in over 3 years.

You'll love the zero Pam, great stuff, we buy our GG on-line here- http://www.brancrispbread.com/

I'd like you to stick with the core program and follow it per the book. It's a very simple program to follow and works. The science behind FTS is well documented and proven. All of our moderators and most senior members are well versed and can advise you properly so don't be afraid to ask questions. You can trust the answers you receive and we take it very seriously. In fact We've recently banned a member for posting information well outside the guidelines of our program, of course the danger in that is the confusion it causes especially with our newest members.

Don't worry, we gotcha!

Thanks Doug,

I want to try the zero someday and the GG crispbread but right now both are just too expensive for me to get. I am sticking to the book as closely as I can. I am determined this time to get the weight off. I do find myself after a week into it, I am missing my sweets. I'm really trying to fight the urge. What do you do to battle thru?

Hi, Pam!

When you get past sugar detox, you'll notice three things:

1) Strong cravings for sweets will go away.
2) Foods that did not seem sweet before, will taste VERY sweet.
3) Your energy level will go thru the roof! ;D

Hang in there!
And keep leaning on us! :) :) :)
