Ok...I burned the cheesecake bites and had to throw them all out :'(

Either my oven temp  is way off or I need to cut the time way down..

Oh well better luck next time!

Sorry to hear about your back Umpa!  I will be praying for you!  And, I agree with Doug on the no crust for cheesecake.  I like it better without too!

Thank you Paula! I agree with doug too about the crust.Unless your going to eat the cheesecake in one day ,the crust turns to mush. ;)

Hi Umpa!  Is this the recipe which can also be used to make a chocolate cheesecake by just adding 2 Tbsp of unsweetened Cocoa?   Still planning my Christmas dinner and thinking I need a chocolate cheesecake.  :)

Hi Umpa....I am starting my cooking extravaganza in the morning!  ha ha  Ok....I bought the Bakers unsweetened chocolate.  About how many squares would you suggest for a normal sized cheesecake.  I want it really chocolaty! :)  Also wondering if I should adjust with more xylitol if I put more chocolate...??

I use 2 squares.I don't like cheesecake real sweet though. But if you are gonna use the unsweetened bakers chocolate add 2 tablespoons  of xylitol per square.I made a chocolate/banana(extract) cheesecake yesterday it was very good!I also like chocolate mint ;)

Oh Umpa!!  The cheesecake turned out beautifully!  I cut a little sliver of it just to taste, and OMG!!!  I can't wait to share this with my family.   Thank you SO much for your help!

Thank you!   Ok...now I totally understand why in a separate post I saw where you suggested that someone cut their dessert into serving sizes and freeze it.  OMG....I have ate cheesecake EVERYday!!  ha ha   I was a little nervous to get on the scales this morning, but to my happy surprise....I didn't even gain an ounce during Christmas!!  I ate like a queen, but everthing was FTS friendly!! Amazed.......   :)
