Good Morning,
 
My name is Brenda (53), and I read your article in the Peterborough Examiner on a author who helped himself over weight and health issues.  I looked up his book on the web and there is hope for me.
 
I have health issues also,  I am a type 2 diabetic and have recently found out I have two tumors in my neck. I am working with a great doctor at Princess Margaret Hospital.  I need to lose some  weight.  I am 5'1" and way about 195 lbs. 
 
For years I have tried different diets and fads and I loss a few pounds but nothing substantial.  I have been married for 28 years to a great man.  We have two grown children.  We have three grandchildren.  So I have been blessed in many ways.
 
To be successful in becoming healthy, I know I have to lose this weight and I will.  Thanks for listening.
