We always put cookie batches in the freezer so they last for a long time....well as long as it takes to eat them! I personally like them cold  ;)

They last about 2 weeks in the fridge. Forever in freezer. Jay when baking low carb you have to follow the directions exactly.Low carb flours react differently than white flour. ;)
