oh yes. One of the places where I order from wrap it in seaweed and then a thin strip of cucumber. I rerally though I wouldnt like it, but it was really really good.. I guess I will also have to make sure of the what I select for the inside.. Sushi is such a refreshing meal for a hot S. Florida day..

 :(  I love Sushi and yes I know they have riceless rolls but it just isnt the same. I could ask for brown rice but I was looking at the carb gram on it and its higher that white... YIKES..  I guess its time to learn to eat riceless rolls...  :( :-[ :-\ :'(

Want something quick and easy for dinner tonight that won't make you FAT? Try this recipe


Low Fat Low Carb Tacos



Serves roughly 4 to 6

1 1/2 ground turkey
1 pkge of taco seasoning
1 can of mixed veggies (low sodium)
1 cup of salsa
lowfat cheese shredded cheese of choice
low fat  sour cream
1 lettuce

Cook the ground turkey, veggies, salsa and taco seasoning till the g. turkey is fully cooked..
Then get two full lettuce leafs  and fill them with the ground turkey fillings (usually 2 1/2 tablespoons)
top with a teaspoon of lowfat sour cream and shredded cheese.

That makes sense.. If you have ventured and accomplished a new lifestyle, why change was is already established..   Forgive my ignorance, since I havent read the book ( ::) anxiously waiting for it)  I am not sure if there are phases or what the steps are.. I'm not going to lie and say that a small part of me doesn't believe this is just another gimmick to sell to people like me, "desperate" to get that weight off.  I think the difference that I have encountered so far with FTS (I have not received the book yet) is that I have read how Doug and Umpa have actually taken the time to show the hidden sugars and to make matters sweeter (no pun intended) how the sugars can be replaced in a healthy way.. That I have NOT encountered anywhere else and that shows serious commitment to me.

I also have a gut feeling about this practice vs everything else I've ever tried. I also believe that if you enter into this commitment, do it with with a positive attitude, ;) which I am telling myself..
