I found and bought the small ones, and absolutely love them. I used Umpa's idea to get a Whopper w/o Ketchup and had my Whopper the other day, was fantastic. I have tuna and other things on them, and just love these. I have them in a couple of different grocery stores, but need to search around for them. I will keep in my purse now for running around town and such!

Beebs, my small food processor works well for grinding the Almonds, and I only grind what I am using to keep it fresh! I also have used my blender attachment for making smoothies!! ha ha it worked

You all made me hungry for chili with a previous post, and you were talking about what beans to use. I didn't use beans, but had some cauliflower left over and used that.

In a electric skillet I slowly sauteed with Olive Oil:
 1 clove of garlic
 1/4 cup chopped onion
 1/8 cup chopped celery
1 cup cauliflower - small pieces washed (RAW) I wanted a more crisp texture to the finished recipe.
 1/2 Teaspoon Kick-en Chicken spice!

I cooked hamburger separately in my Tupperware cooker then added to sauteed mixture and cooked for a couple of minutes.
I then added one 15 oz can of tomato sauce for that is what I had. I think it was 2 carbs for 1/4 cup.

I let the mixture cook covered for awhile until I was too hungry to wait, and then had a bowl on top of romaine lettuce with a slice of Avocado, and a couple of no carb olives! And sprinkled cheese on top of the Chili.....

I have pictures but just couldn't figure out how to add to my post. I love this chili, and each person making recipe can use amounts according to how they like the different flavors.

Hi Again!

I was wondering since you used the Hazelnut flour, I thought this the other day, if anyone has ground any other nuts to cook with. I think the pecans are low carb too, and I thought of trying them! Is the Hazelnut, just nuts ground like the Almond flour? I don't care for the soy flour taste, but would like to add another nut flour.

General Questions / Cajun Land Cajun seasoning for Jerky
« on: May 21, 2010, 03:09:21 PM »
Is the Cajun Land Cajun seasoning only available on-line, I didn't see in the FTS book where to order? I just bought a dehydrator and wanting to make jerky...I also can not find the sugar free teriyaki in any stores here so far in our Fargo-Moorhead area, so will probally need to online order that too.

I also found this site the other day and wanted to try some of the products, but wanted to ask if anyone has ordered from them, since I love the taste of Xylitol, but not the other artificial sweeteners?
Thanks,
