Umpa I think it is the SF candies , Umpas PB cookies that I like too much & maybe just the fat from the processed foods . I know fats are not what makes us fat but too much of anything is not good that is what got us here in the first place. I am staying the course believe me because of the way I feel . My cloths are itting different even though I have not lost inchs / LBi in the last 2 weeks . I have shown keytones the whole time . NO salt does not affect me it does my husband thank God it doenst me because I love it. Thanks guys
I cant hardly stay at zero . But I haveJo, I assume you posted this to get feedback. I would be hungry if I ate what you did for the day, especially your lunch. What I would do is cut back on your morning coffees and for lunch have either the meat and cheese on a whole or 1/2 of a 3net carb wrap with a small salad. Or put the meat and cheese on a GG Bran Crispbread, then nuke it to melt the cheese with some cucumber slices or a small salad. I find if I try to eat a light lunch I am nibbling on things in the afternoon (pork rinds, cheese, almonds, SF candy) to get me through to supper time. I have been trying to break the habit of nibbling and I find this helps. I also find if I eat lots of vegetables and the wraps etc. with lots of fiber and drink my 8 glasses of water, things move, including the scale. I usually keep my daily net carbs between 10 & 15 (mostly around 10) and try my best to eat useful carbs that will help fill me up so I don't think about food. I don't know if this will help you, but try to eat carbs that have a purpose.
breakfast - eggs & turkey sausage for breakfast (my eggs are 0) coffee with cream 5 carbs .
Lunch -lunch meat with cheese melted on it 0 ccarb
Supper - shrimp/1/2 cup veggies stirfried in butter 2 carbs
SF jello with heavy cream 1 carbs
So in all I have lost almost 17 Lbs & 22 1/2 inchs since Aug. 4th ,nothing I have ever done before

Owensmith, you should have shared with us. We have been there. I am having an anti-loose three days and it's driving me crazy! I am really glad you lost your 6 pounds. Way to go!
Thanks Tony , I really love my coffee i drink half decaff so I am not getting to much caffeine . But I do drink more then 3 carbs . Doug says 1 carb per cup gary says no carbs for coffee and I have read both on the internet . But maybe my body counts it as 1 carb per cup which would mean that i am going over 20 some days . is it 1 carb per 8 oz cup ?

I do need to start walking but I am still 90 lbs overweight & pretty lazy . I did read the book last night and started today with just my coffee I will eat when I get hungry . Well weigh in today I got a new scale yesterday I weighed this morning and my hubby took it to his truck for the week . I used half meals on my new plate for 2 days and lost 1 lb .
I am going to walk 1 mile 3 times this week and play on the playstation move with tyler at little everyday !!!!!

Tony I have lost a inch or 2 in the last month nothing much . But you are correct I lose slow because I have been on & off diets for so many years I guess I have just messed up my metabolism .
It is what it is and I need to focus on all the good things & I do most of the time but boy it gets frustrating >:( >:(.

... she told me that once she started on her hormone replacement and the levels became normal for her, she started dropping weight pretty good. Now that she has been off of her hormones for a while (do to insurance changes etc..) It has been much slower. We aren't sure if it is a coincidence or not??? There might be something to that. I hear good things about the Sam-e I've been thinking about trying that myself ;)
Well I didnt move my ticker up when I got back from vacation so it has not moved but I have lost 4.5 pounds since Nov 1st . I started back eating just meat & veggies no good replacement recipes & the total gym .
I dont know which one did it maybe a little of both !! Plus I am getting big muscles in my arms. ;D My legs are still to fat to see muscle ;D

Gained a few over Christmas . But back on stronger then before ! I need to get busy if I am going to be FINE at FIFTY !!! ;)
