wow we just discovered the "flatout flatbreads" i think they're 6 carbs if i remember correctly???? but the point is that those things are freakin awesome,the texture is much better that the la tortilla low carb tortilla's, i think its my new favorite thing,and you can do just about anything with them......... well anything within reason:) lol

i had beads put in my hair in Florida this year:) what a hoot!!!!!
    i left them in for 2 weeks, i just took them out this morning:(
       got lots of "interesting" comments & stares!!!!!!!!
              my wife said i "embarrassed" her....lol

well i gave the FAT dude the book today:)
   he was as happy as a 3 pecker.........oops cant say that
       a pig in shi........stop thats not allowed either
           lets just say he was a happy camper,he told his co-worker as i handed the book to him that "he was going to be as skinny as me"
