Do the soy beans really taste good? can you tell the difference? I'll buy some if it's really good. I can't wait till Friday, so I can stock up on some of this stuff.

Hello Doug and anyone else that can help.
I'd like to know if Carbquick baking mix is okay and also, Bob mills Baking mix. Also is the Beanut butter good? what about the walden farms peanut spread. Any help is appreciated. I'm going shopping soon and would like to have everything I need to be successful. I do have your book and have found items in there, but so far haven't been able to find much around my area.
Thank you,
Darla

Has anyone heard of julian's Bakery? JulianBakery.com
They have several organic breads that are 1, 2 and 3 carbs. They also have Dark chocolate made with stevia and many other products.
I have bought the bread and it's delicious.  I haven't tried anything else yet. If you have tried the bread or any of the other products I'd like to hear some reviews.

I am so sad that I got away from this diet. I was doing so well and got sidetracked with different things.  I am back and going to make it this time. I can see that many of you are still here and have lost weight since I was last here. I'm hoping to catch up with all of you. Anyway, I'm glad to be back. You are all a great support team.

Thanks Doug!
I am going to try to make my own BBq sauce, but I haven't been able to find sugar free heinz here.  Maybe I can find it online.  I'm going to Olympia and I will check there first.
Thanks again,

General Discussion / tasty kakes
« on: February 23, 2011, 09:02:03 PM »
Has anyone tried the tasty kakes? Are they good? also how many carbs? I ordered the GGbrancrisp bread should get it pretty soon. I haven't tried anything else yet.  Next am going to order the tortillas. I bought some down town that are 4 carbs and they are good, but if you can get tortillas with 3 carbs, why not!  I have tried the russell stovers candy, it's amazingly good!! I don't keep it around though just buy a small 3 piece box or I'd eat it everyday.   Any help would be appreciated on ordering.  I want to try things but can't afford to throw money away.  Someone said the Bakesquick is good I'm going to try that soon.  I'd like to know about sugar free ketchup and BBQ sauce ( not walden farms) any other suggestions great!!'

Thanks for your help!

General Discussion / walden's farm BBQ sauce
« on: February 23, 2011, 08:07:31 PM »
I didn't like the walden's farms BBQ sauce at all.  Is there any other options? Is there a way to make it homemade, even if it has a few carbs.  That stuff is awful.
Does anyone else feel this way or do you like it? I don't think I'll try anything else from walden farms based on the BBQ sauce. YUK

It's the fast that Daniel, in the bible, went on. No meat, No dairy, No yeast.  So only unleavened bread, no sugar of any kind, including syrups and grains are o.k. (as long as there is no sugar) and fruits and veges. You can google it and there are many sites about it.  It's not good for a continuous diet, just a fast. I am so happy to finally be able to eat meat again.  So I'm glad to be fully on this plan now. ;D

Hello tabbyandzaybaby!!
I have also always been fat. The last picture I have as a thin person I was 6 years old.  I have always been fat and I'm determined to change that too. 2011 is my year!!  You've already lost 50 that is so great! I would love to get there.  We all will if we continue to hellp each other. I am so thankful for all the help and recipes and so excited to change my life.
God bless, Darla
