Ask Umpa / Chicken ala King?

Hey Umpa! My husband's favorite all time meal is chicken ala king over rice. I know how to do the cauli/rice, but I'm not sure about the rest...can you help!?!

Girly Girl Talk / 2 day headache...so far

Hey girls! I started my time of the month yesterday, have had a headache for 2 days now...usually they go away with Ibuprofen and a cup of coffee...not this one! My question is...could it be withdrawal from the sugar/carbs. since I just REALLY started FTS a couple of days ago!?! (I've been trying to do it on my own...but was way off on how to figure net carbs...thanks Donna for the help with that!!) Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
