I used a hand held blender
and mixed the lumps out of it.
                       Fastest bread in the west!
I made a double batch made a small loaf. Yum!

                          Beebs you can do it!

I just tried these for the first time this morning.  They definitely will be added as a staple to our new way of eating.  I felt like I was in heaven eating something breadlike.  I did add a dash of salt, I think that improves the taste of nearly everything, not much, just a dash.  I fixed one for Doug like a pancake with Log Cabin sugar free syrup on top and he loved it.  And I can have a chocolate chip pancake again.  Gotta make umpa's chocolate chips first. Thanks for sharing this recipe ;D ;D ;D

I had a pineapple-nut muffin.  I added 1-2 T of DaVinci S/F Pineapple Syrup, pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg to the basic recipe, and topped with pineapple cream cheese (pineapple syrup in temptee whipped cream cheese). yummmmmm!!!

Looks yummy, Phil!  Did you use golden flax or did you use a combination?

I made it with the golden flax and made a grilled cheese sandwich.  It was surprising that something as simple as a grilled cheese sandwich could make me happy, but it seemed like a treat.  I found the bread quite filling and could only eat half of my sandwich.  I guess that's a good thing.  I never used to leave anything on my plate!

beebs it sounds like you didn't stir it good.  I stirred  mine until you could see the baking powder start to activate.  we had some this morning with log cabin sugar free syrup and maple flavored bacon bits. very yummy!
