4-8 thru 4 - 24 Jo's mealplan

Coffee
HWC 0 carb sweetner                        2 carbs
I have my coffee starting at 4:15 every morning have to get my hubby to work eat when I get hungry usually between 6-8 AM.

2 Ham roll-ups                                 2 carbs (count 2 just for my sake ham says 0 cheese stick says less then 1 and I cut it in half )
Lunch

Spicy chickenin Latorilla wrap              6 carbs

Supper
Meatloaf                                          1 carb
1/4 cup green beans                          2 carb
1/2 cup mashed cauli                         2 1/2 carbs

I may have a serving of turkey pepperonis with cheese later this evening ,we eat early everyday . Some days I have the peps somedays not .

Lunch

Supper
Italin sausage with peppers & onions    10 carbs (might be high )
salad (lettuce egg,green peppers)        3 carbs

Looks like you're on track Jo, only eat enough to curb the hunger then stop.

Have to take Tyler for his Diabetes checkup will probably just eat some almonds for lunch ,depending on how long we are there . Will update later

Cinnamon almonds                              3 carbs

Supper
Koneys and Kraut                                3 carbs
carbsmart Popsicle                              3 carbs

Thanks Rena I write everything down in my little book anyway , But I am really watching portion control now I really thing it is  really down to calories in calories out ,and since I am not using alot of calories then I dont need a be eating lot of them  ;D

Putting everything on here that I eat and knowing that people see it makes me more accountable & more aware of if I eat it I got to post it ! LOL I very rarely go over the carbs that is nothing now it is just eating to much of the new foods I like . I think you said that in another post about cheese .

Hi Jo, I suggest you back off the sweets a bit and increase protein.

yes I just cant have them around my hubby ate all the pie , so no more for me for awhile
