Okay everyone-  I need you to help me come up with snacks I can take on a 9 hour bus trip with a bunch of snack eating Baptists.  Looking at our itinerary, you'd think all we are doing is EAT.  Any ideas!??

On your CD you warn that Splenda has hidden carbs.  So, can we use Crystal lite without worrying about carbs?

My daughter-in-law, owensmath, is such an inspiration to me.  I hit my 10 pound mark this morning.  She keeps me on track  by sharing recipes and motivating me to keep on.  I have  another 60 to lose.  Just trying to take one day at a time, then one week.  Thanks to all of you who share.
