That's fantastic, Rob!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I'm 62, and have been living the FTS lifestyle since August 2010.
My health is better than it was when I was in my 30s!!! :) :) :)

FTS is the "The Fountain of Heath"!
There ain't NO WAY I'm going back to my old ways!

FTS is a truly a blessing from God.
I thank Doug so much for being obedient to his calling, and sharing it with all of us!

Tony

It is a new new month and it is time for that update..

Weight is 330.4 which is 50.1 pounds off!

Chest is now 53” down from 58

Waist is 53 down from 60 (measured at belly button for consistency)

Neck 18 down from a 20

I have had to buy all new clothes as nothing was fitting! I feel better and I am much more motivated.

I was hoping for a bigger loss in the month, but the massive amounts of rain and the week of kinda diet while on a business trip I can't complain. Beside muscle weighs more right, at least that's my story!

I also walked a little over 16.8 miles on the trail despite the rain and cold.

Ready for May and I am looking to come out of it about 10 more lighter!

Rob

Hi, Rob! :)

You're doing GREAT!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Remember this, if you keep the focus on improving the quality of life by getting healthier,
and NOT on pounds lost, you will see even greater success with FTS.

Everyday we live the FTS plan, we are healing our bodies of YEARS of carb abuse and resulting inflammation.
With that healing comes more energy, longer life, generally better health, and MUCH better moods, than before.

So, keep up the good work!
The longer you do it, the more your body will thank you! :)

Inspire may be strong words... I am just trying to show where you can go with some determination to get there. The first month or two sucked! I hate diets and having to explain to people why I am eating like like this. The first 10 to 20 pounds are always a little victory, but what makes me continue everyday and the thought that has me pushing is this..

The constant comments of: Wow you look good.
You have lost weight.
What are you doing diet wise.

Couple that with these life changes:
Feeling better with more energy.
Being able to walk distance and not need to catch my breath.
Sitting in chairs and not hearing them creak!
Being able to look at myself again in a mirror and not hating myself.

Everyday is easier. Yes I have cravings for something, which result in a Google search for a low carb conversion. Some days are more carbs then others but overall each morning I gain the motivation right back when I walk in to the bathroom and see myself now.

Everyone here can do this!
