I shared with my nutritionist the other day about this program – she couldn’t believe that I have lost 15 pounds in one month.  She claimed that her program was similar as Fat to Skinny program but she would check into it.  I told her flat out that her program did not help me at all.  She asked me if I have been eating! :o :o :o I said of course I have been eating! ::) And that we need to eat only when we are hungry!

I received a package from netrition today.  I ordered GG Bran Crispbread, Sugar Free Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, High Fiber Hot Cereal, and Vermont Peanut Butter.  I ate cream cheese with GG Bran Crispbread - oh my! It was good! Also Reese candies - even better!!! lol I tasted a little bit of peanut butter - yummy!  I plan to eat hot cereal tmw morning if I feel better.  :)

I'm sick today!  I usually eat soup and drink ginger ale while I'm sick but they're high carb so what is your suggestion?  Right now I'm eating egg salad - which it doesn't help my sore throat.  :(

Cinnamon Raisin is only 4 net carb.  I plan to order it soon.

Tonight, I went to Applebee resturant.  I ordered 9 oz of sirloin steak and shrimp - parmesean cheese on it.  I asked the waitress how many carb was the parmesen cheese.  She was kind enough to ask her manager and showed me the paper that had list of labels.  It was only 4 gram.  I requested her to removed mashed potatoe or baked potatoe - substitue with salad.  She was happy to do it.  The salad was like one cup size.  I didn't eat the whole steak - I cut in half.  And also I requested for broccoli.  I ate broccoli like 1/2 cup size.  I brought my own salad dressing with me for salad.  I have some left over.  The dinner was great!  ;D

Hope that I [url=]lose weight[/url] tmw - wait and see.

Tell me what do you think??  I experiment myself and thought it's pretty good - not so bad. 

Chocolate Dip:

Splenda - 2 carb - 1/2 tsp
Virgin Coconut Oil - 0 carb - 1 Tbsp
Almond Butter - 3 carb - 2 Tbsp
Baker's Unsweetened Baking Choc Squares- 2 carb - 1 square

I dip it with strawberry (only ate three strawberries with choc dip)

I bought Jennie-O Turkey Burgers before I joine this program.  The other day, I was reading the label.  It says 0 Carb - serving size is 1 burger.  It has 4 oz.  Anyway, I ate cheese turkey burger and hard boiled egg for lunch without bread or anything else.  It was good!  Has anyone tried these?  Btw, I bought it at Walmart. :D

Today, I've been working all day from 9am to 3:30pm.  I usually work all day on Saturdays which is hard because of late lunch.  Anyway, I ate breakfast before I went to work.  I brought snack with me during lunch time - very light snack.  So in between those hours (my free time) I went to flea market and bought broccoli and I was drooling over concord grapes which is my f a v o r i t e!  I couldn't resist to buy it.  I hope concord grape is allowed to eat???? 

Anyway....I'm proud of me is that I was so tempting to stop by at subway to eat because I was so exhausted and wasn't in the mood to cook at home.  The more I thought about it....I thought....whether I'm tired, I am going home and make me chicken salad!!!!!  Glad that I overcame the temptation!  ;D ;D ;D

Here is my meal plan since Sunday August 19 to now.  (I still don't know why I'm not losing weight since Sunday.  I lost 7 pounds for a last week.)

Sunday Meal

Breakfast:  2 eggs, 3 bacons  1.2 carb
Lunch: Salad (lettuce, raspberry, shrimp, hard boiled egg, and dressing) 4.1
Supper: Sausage, Spinach and Strawberry with wip cream.  6.5

Total Net Carb: 11.8  plus drank water.

Monday Meal

Breakfast:  2 egg, 3 bacon and coffee  2.2 carb
Lunch: (Cream Cheese Pancakes) 2 oz cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 packet stevia sweetener, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon with strawberry and syrup.  5.7 carb

Supper: Chicken (Put 1/2 cup of dijon mustard, 1/4 cup of sugar-free maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar)  and Spinach (frozen bag - i subtracted carb and fiber which is zero) 0 carb  

Total Net Carb: 7.9 - i drank water

Tuesday Meal

Breakfast: One-Minute Muffin (got recipe here) and coffee  1.6 carb
Lunch/SNACK: 3 bacon 0 carb (because I went to a movie theater at noon

Late Lunch: Chicken (Put 1/2 cup of dijon mustard, 1/4 cup of sugar-free maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar) and green bean.  3 carb

Supper:  Pumpkin Seed 3 carb

Total Net Carb: 7.6 - Drank water

Today so far:

Breakfast: Banana Nut Muffin - 2 carb

1 T butter or oil
¼ c flaxseed
1 tsp xylitol
½ - 1 tsp banana extract
½ tsp cinnamon
Handful of chopped nuts  - 2 carb
1 T Sugar Free Syrup

Lunch:  Pumpkin Seed 3 carb, 3 bacon 0 carb and cheese stick 0 carb

Supper: Tilpia fish, spinach  (adobo seasoning)  1 carb

Total Net carb (so far) 6 carbs however I'm taking dry roasted almonds snack to work with me - that would be 2 carb.  If I eat snack at would be 8 carb.

I lost 7 pounds in my first week! But today I noticed that I gained 1 to 2 pounds. What's going on?? Any advice?

From what I'm understanding so far.  I've been informed to look at Carb, fiber and sugar alcohols OR Carb and fiber without sugar alcohols. 

For example:  When I look at label.  It says: Carb 5 gram, Fiber 2 gram, Sugar alcohol 1 gram. 

(Carb) 5 subtract (Fiber) 2 then subtract (Sugar alcohol) 1 = 2 Net Carb.

Or  Carb 4 gram and Fiber 3 gram. 

(Carb) 4 subtract (Fiber) 3 equals 1 net carb. 

Is this correct??

General Discussion / Question about ICED Coffee

Okay, I admit...I did bought iced coffee at the mall LAST WEEK before I read this book.  Now, I am drinking iced coffee here at home!  It tastes different but good.  Since I bought iced coffee box at the Walmart, I put it in the coffee maker but it makes it hot then I have to put ice in it.  I wonder is there any coffee maker that makes it cold?  So that way I don't have to wait for it to be cool and put ice in it.  Also, how many cup do I drink coffee? one cup? Does this make any sense?

Tonight, I went to Walmart and another grocery store is called Wegman.  Anyway, I have replaced Reddi Wip with heavy whipping cream, replaced raspberry vinegar with Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese dressing, also bought Mild Poultry Italian Sausage (for breakfast or lunch with salad), Turkey Bacon Bits for breakfast or lunch with salad too. They all are 0 grams!! :)

I also bought Sugar Free Maple Syrup for pancake but unfortunately there is no 0 or 1 gram of pankcake which I am disappointed.  I don't think I want to eat scrambled egg and bacon everyday for breakfast.  It will boredom me.  I also looked for lowest carb for Oatmeal - unfortunately no lowest gram! It seems that I won't be able to eat oatmeal or pancake.

Am I missing something here???  Today I ate total 24.2 net carb. It was my first day today. Tomorrow will be better!
